This post is the latest in the series Dreams of the World, which profiles interesting people we meet during our travels.

¨My dream is … of Africa’s Youth who are motivated, vibrant, thriving and fulfilled as they lead change in every sector. It is of young people re-crafting the views and perceptions of African cities and nations one person, one action at a time.¨ Elizabeth Tolulope Babalola, 27,  began working with teenagers in Nigeria. Today, she  loves unfolding nature’s mysteries with them while planting street trees. As a 2013 Andrew Sabin Fellow, she will create platforms for young Nigerians to enjoy nature, become environmental stewards and engage in environmental solution spaces.

Well done Elizabeth!!!,Nigeria needs more of you.True, trees are very crucial to our environment, we cannot afford to keep cutting them down without replacing them. I am glad you are instilling in the leaders of tomorrow, the importance of taking care of their environment.

I think it sounds fair enough to make mention of something good about a country which has so badly sppken of. Nigerians are nature loving people who despite the present state and challenges facing them, still find it very imperative to be happy; by adding values to the environment.
